Sensitive capturers of light and movement, Adrián Salgueiro and Javier Olivera have not yet known each other when they took these photographs, however, they shared similar concerns: an indefinable need and a constant wandering with an eye sensitive towards the estrangement in everyday life. When seeing both artists´ works together and intertwined, a common territory is glimpsed: the direct shot, the poetic and personal interstice, where image and intuition meet.
Like this sparkle that arises, they explore multiple territories of the image, between the real and the imaginary, between the drawing of the landscapes of the pampas and the chaos of a lightning-fast and imperious urbanity, the sensation of a sensory journey unfolding. Attentive and even anxious witnesses of everyday sub realities, together they create an enigmatic atmosphere.
Possibly, these photos are a mirror and interface for searches and expressions with a romantic touch.

Sensibles captadores de luz y de movimiento, Adrián Salgueiro y Javier Olivera aún no se conocían cuando realizaron estas fotografías, sin embargo, compartían inquietudes similares: una necesidad indefinible y un constante deambular con la mirada puesta en el extrañamiento de lo cotidiano. Al ver hoy las fotos de ambos artistas en conjunto y entreveradas, se vislumbra un territorio común : la toma directa, este intersticio poético y personal, en donde la imagen y la intuición se encuentran.
Como este destello que asoma, exploran múltiples territorios de la imagen, entre lo real y lo imaginario, entre el dibujo de los paisajes de la pampa y el caos de una urbanidad fulminante e imperiosa, fluye la sensación de un viaje sensorial. Testigos atentos y aun ansiosos de sur-realidades cotidianas, crean juntos un clima enigmático.
Posiblemente, estas fotos sean espejo e interfaz de búsquedas y expresiones un touch románticas.
